2010 Registration

LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR THE 2010 SEASON IS JUNE 4TH

SWIMMERS MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE ATTENDING THEIR FIRST PRACTICE
In order to participate in the first meet on June 5th, you will NEED to be registered by Tuesday, June 1st, no exceptions!
COACHES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING REGISTRATION FORMS AT THE POOL, SO PLEASE PLAN AHEAD

2010 Registration Information & DUES

Fill out the attached form and print TWO copies (one for HEAT and one for League) Sign both copies by parent or legal guardian. Registration forms are also located in the HEAT file box at Tami Smith's home in the Estates. Tami's address: 15665 E. Prentice Drive

2010 Fees:
$140 ages 4 - 14*
$ 75 ages 15*-18 (or freshman year completed*)
$ 85 additional family fee for Maintenance-only HOA members**
One check per family for registration payable to: PINEY CREEK SWIM TEAM

Swimmers must meet the following criteria to be eligible to swim on the Piney Creek HEAT swim team:

Be a resident of the Piney Creek Recreation or Maintenance* HOA, or was a grandfathered participant on the 2008 roster
Be able to swim one length of the pool unassisted

** PC Maintenance-only HOA members living in Morningside, The Overlook, and The Village must pay an additional family fee to participate on swim team each year. This fee is payable to PC Swim Team (included in dues check) and is non-refundable and non negotiable. Swimmers are permitted in the pool only during scheduled swim practices, swim meets, and swim team activities.
