2011 Registration runs from 4/25 - 6/3:

• Registration begins Monday, April 25th 6:30 - 8:30pm at the Smoky Hill High School Cafeteria.
• The last day to register for the 2011 season is June 3rd.
• Swimmers MUST be registered before attending their first practice!
• In order to swim in the first meet on June 4th, swimmers will need to be registered by Tuesday, May 31st as this is the deadline for the coaches to finalize the first meet line-up.
• Coaches will NOT be accepting registration forms at the pool, so please plan ahead!

2011 Registration Information

Fill out the attached form and print TWO copies (one for the HEAT and one for our League). Both copies should be signed by a parent or legal guardian.  Beginning Tuesday, April 26th, registration forms will be available in the HEAT file box at Tami Smith's home in the Estates.  Tami's address: 15665 E. Prentice Drive.  Each family only needs to turn in ONE form!

Parent requirements:  Parents are required to volunteer 5 shifts plus post season (Prelims & Championships).  We cannot run meets without parent volunteers!  Each "shift" = half a meet.  We have two shifts to fill for all dual meets + Prelims + Championships.  The first shift covers events 1-45 and the second shift events 45-90.  Positions are available and their descriptions are located in the "Volunteer" tab.  You can also sign up for any position on line!

Swimmers must meet the following criteria to be eligible to swim on the Piney Creek HEAT swim team:

• Be a resident of the Piney Creek Recreation or Maintenance** HOA
• Swimmer was a grandfathered participant on the 2008 roster and swam in 2010
• Be able to swim one length of the pool unassisted

2011 Fees:

• $85 additional family fee for Maintenance-only HOA members**
• One check per family for registration payable to: PINEY CREEK SWIM TEAM

** PC Maintenance-only HOA members living in Morningside, The Overlook, The Village and Village II must pay an additional family fee to participate on swim team each year.  This fee is payable to PC Swim Team (included in dues check) and is non-refundable and non-negotiable.  Swimmers are permitted in the pool only during scheduled swim practices, swim meets, and swim team activities.
