Parent Volunteers

Volunteer signups opening soon

Thank you for volunteering! We simply could not do this without your help and your time.

It takes many volunteers to run a swim meet. Each family is expected to work 5 shifts plus 1 post-season (Prelims or Championships) shift during the swim season.  Please note that the Fun Meet will not count towards volunteer shift hours but it is a great opportunity to try out a new job or get a feel for what volunteering is all about.

If something comes up that prevents you from keeping your volunteer commitment once you've signed up it is your responsibility to find a replacement to cover your shift.

If you have not fulfilled the required number of shifts at the end of the season there will be a $50 per shift missed fine assessed to your account.  If you simply don't show up and work a shift you are signed up for or notify us with no replacement there will be an additional $50 no show fine assessed to your account for each occurrence.  This is the agreement made when you registered your swimmer.

Spirit Volunteers: Spirit volunteer positions are special positions that we need in order to make our spirit events fun for all our swimmers.  Each spirit position counts as one shift and the times vary based on the event.  If you sign up for a spirit event volunteer position please check in with our Spirit Coordinator for further instructions about the event.

Please go to our Event Schedule page to volunteer. You can click on the Job Signup button under the event you would like to sign up for.  Also under the Job Signup button you can see what positions need to be filled or check what positions you have already signed up for.

If you would like to track the volunteer shifts that you have signed up for, worked already, or are forecasted to work please click here.  This will take you to the Reports tab within the Events tab.

If you have questions please contact Our Volunteer Coordinator at [email protected].
